Well finally the summer is over and business is getting back to normal.

A newsletter we sent out back in March mentioned we would probably only be offering auctions via the online facility, but after carefully analyzing the market over the last 6 months, we are in fact holding our next live auction on Thursday the 30^th October at 5pm in Marbella. Already several sellers have listed their properties and we expect a good sized catalogue, which will be available to download 3 weeks prior to auction from the website

No one can fail to notice how poor the property market is, but there are buyers out there, many who are looking for the right property at the right price for personal use and also investors who are still waiting for the market to fall in order to increase their portfolios.

Our last 2 sales were to lifestyle buyers who negotiated an excellent price for themselves on 2 of our properties.

Unfortunately supply still far outstrips demand, but the demand is there. However many buyers are confused at the difference in prices for the same or similar property as they see them on various estate agency portals.

The Auction process is a very transparent method of buying and selling property. Clearly and openly both parties can see a market price emerge, hopefully one that satisfies both sides and results in a successful conclusion.

There is no doubt that in these uncertain times, auctions will survive and will continue to offer the best and most cost effective option to buying and selling property.
